All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners.


📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before production and shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (some locations may take longer depending on customs or local carriers)

We ship to most countries worldwide, except a small number of regions where carrier access is limited or unreliable.

All orders include tracking information once shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.


🔁 Refund & Return Policy

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We are a small independent brand, and every order is produced specifically for each customer.

We will only replace or issue refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is misprinted or defective
  • The wrong item was shipped

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

We cannot offer refunds for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


📦 Order Issues

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist where possible.
